HIAB-X.COM is in a state of hibernation. The nature of the web has radically changed over the last decade, particularly where AI is concerned. This alters the purpose of web pages for creatives, who are seeing their works plagarised and their incomes lessened, due to LLM’s being trained on their works, often from a practice called Scraping, taking content from sites like this one.
On a personal level, I’ve enjoyed keeping this web site, though now, I’m thinking hard about whether it needs to exist at all, given the above. I simply haven’t decided one way or another yet.
